I bought an AzureBay disk of the smoky mountains to use as my screensaver. How can I tell AzureBay to quit asking me to register and making offers every time I boot my computer? I do not want to delete my current AzureBay screensaver, but I never ever want to see and be forced to respond to that offer again.
A reply to [email protected] would be sincerely appreciated. And I never want to receive further emails from AzureBay after an answer to my question.

According to some data, I was able to dig up, the registration message is a glitch in the program that appears each time you run the screensaver on a newer Windows version. In theory, you would need to update the application to its latest version and thus solve the problem, but it seems that the company went out of business and their website as well as their software is no longer accessible.
This leaves us with option number two: removing the application from the Windows Startup list. Since I don't know which version of Windows you are using, I can only give you one way to get to the Startup list: press the Win and R keys together, then type msconfig in the run box and press Enter. In the new window that opens up, go to the Startup section, look for an item called Register with AzureBay's icon on it and delete it.
To stop the company from spamming your email, you can either choose to unsubscribe or block them from your email client, whichever that may be.
I have the Sequoia & Kings Canyon NP 20 Full Color Images that I got from another source online and when the images run as the screen saver they appear in the center of the monitor as just a square and not the full screen, is there some setting I should select? Thanks.

Typically, the behavior you experience with the screensaver is caused by the screen resolution. It appears that AzureBay Screen Saver wasn't meant to run on such high resolutions, that's why only a square appears in the middle of the screen. Access the built-in Settings to check and see if there is an option to stretch and image to fill the scree.
I've searched the web, but couldn't find anything available about it.
I have the screensaver mentioned above. I got it as a gift several years ago. It worked in XP and Vista, now I have a Windows 10 computer. Will it work on Windows 10?

Since the screensaver doesn't appear in any searches, it means it has been discontinued. However, I have managed to download a copy through the download page at Software Informer. The software installed properly, but it failed to start which means it won't start in Windows 10 either. No, the screensaver won't work on Windows 10 since it has compatibility issues.
Purchased Grand Teton & Yellowstone screensaver 2 years ago. As of July 1, 2014, the June calendar is still displayed on the wallpaper. System displays correct date & time. How do I fix this?

If you still have the package, perform a re-install over your currently installed version of the screensaver and then access the settings and make sure to change the timing settings, because it's possible these settings were altered because of another program's uninstall operation. Reconfigure the software and it should work normally. This product has now been discontinued because the developer does not exist anymore.
Help, the screensaver I purchased at Yosemite does not load and/or run.
It asks for a serial number and also states that "Component "NUMBERSPINCONTROL.OCX" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid".
What should I do?

You need to remove the application completely, then a fresh installation is recommended. Alternatively, install the screensaver again and navigate to its installation folder. Copy the OCX files into the C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Windows\sysWOW64 (64-bit computer), then run the screensaver.
I have item 3 43105-2R020 I purchased few years back. I haven't installed it on my iMac computer. Trying to do so now but it won't let me. What is the problem?

You can't install the application on MAC because the package wasn't configured for this purpose. The only operation system available for installation is Windows. I have checked the website and it's not working which means the product has been discontinued. The only thing you can do right now is looking on the database of Mac Informer for an alternative, because this one won't be available any more.

Try to install Service Pack 3 because there is no information about the screensaver or its origins. The developer's website is also discontinued which means that there is no support at all.
It's known that the program is not developer or optimized anymore, therefore its compatibility with various Windows versions is questionable. If the screensaver doesn't launch, then it means it's not compatible with the version of your operating system. Additionally, the product has been marked by various users as being a spyware that tries to infect your computer. I advise immediate removal from your computer.

Unfortunately, in order to install the ten free screen savers (the Bonus set), you need to register the software title on the official web page. Unfortunately, its web domain is expired and you no longer can obtain a serial number. As an alternative, you can try other similar applications from Software Informer database.
